The Role
As Program & Grant Manager, you will design and oversee training programs, write and manage grant proposals, track KPIs, and ensure delivery excellence. You’ll translate needs into fundable solutions and keep donors and partners engaged with results.
The Responsibilities
- Lead grant applications, compliance, and reporting
Design pilot training programs for nonprofits and communities
Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
Capture and present impact metrics (trained people, skills, outcomes)
Support partnership team with program co-design
